Harrison Miller’s “Yellow Pine” is a collection of 21 photographs and one poem. These were made while working with his dad to log pines, oaks, and dogwoods felled by an aggressive storm during one of Knoxville, Tennessee’s volatile summers. Stained by sweat, sap, and sawdust, the lives of these few world weary faces are set against an overgrown, unforgiving landscape in disarray.
